JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- First came Black Friday, then Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday, and now it's time to give back on Giving Tuesday. This is the second year of Giving Tuesday. It's a worldwide movement to give back during the crazy holiday season.

There are close to 1,000 organizations that have officially partnered up for this day. That doesn't mean there aren't agencies that need help here on the First Coast.

The Jacksonville Humane Society could use food, treats, and toys. Amy Pierce with the Humane Society says not to donate beds. The dogs could eat them. Another option for Giving Tuesday is to give an animal a home.

The Sulzbacher Center is collecting items for its stocking stuffing. Things it needs are toiletries, socks, hats and gloves and educational activities for children at the center. Donations should be dropped off by December 18.

The Salvation Army is in the middle of its Angel Tree campaign. There are trees located at The Avenues and Ashley Furniture stores. Some good things to donate are toys for nine to 12 year-old children, clothing and earbuds for senior citizens.

Dreams Come True is looking for gift cards for restaurants and stores like Walmart and Target. Toys will be accepted but they must be new and still in the original packaging.

There is a huge push on Twitter. Just look for #GivingTuesday. People also are posting pictures of them doing unselfish things with #UNselfie.
