GEORGIA BULLDOGS VS. FLORIDA GATORS: The annual rivalry takes over the River City as the Bulldogs take on the Gators at 3:30 p.m. At Everbank Field downtown. If you're going to the game, JSO anticipates parking will fill up by 10:30 a.m. Tailgaters are encouraged to arrive early.
GEORGIA/FLORIDA CELEBRATION AT THE LANDING: Head to the Jacksonville Landing downtown for the big game day celebration including live entertainment and drink specials throughout the day Saturday.
MAIN STREET CRUISE: From the gridiron at Everbank Field to the gears on Main Street, the cruisers on Main Street will be heading out again this Saturday night to show off their rides at the Historic Springfield Main Street Cruise. Some have been coming every fourth Saturday of the month since June. The cruisers encourage folks to wear Halloween costume or dress in Gator or Bulldog gear and would like folks to bring candy for the trick or treaters. Most importantly, they want to remind everyone not to drink and cruise.
TAILS-N-TREATS HALLOWEEN PET ADOPTION EVENT: Sponsored by Friends of the St. Johns County Pet Center. Adoption specials including FREE microchipping, BOGO cats, FREE heartworm-positive dogs, FREE T-shirts with adoption or donation, FREE Halloween candy and baked goods, face painting and pumpkin decorating, exciting raffle prizes, and more! It's a free event at the St. Johns County Pet Adoption Center from 9 a.m. To 4 p.m. Saturday.
HALLO-WEE PARTY AT ADVENTURE LANDING: A not-so-scary celebration for kids! Join Adventure Landing at both of their Jacksonville locations for crafts, games, bounce houses, face painting, candy, dance performances and much more! Event begins on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.. A $2 donation per child will benefit Seamark Ranch Children's Home! RIVERSIDE ARTS MARKET: The Riverside Arts Market is every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. off Riverside Avenue underneath the Fuller Warren Bridge. It features crafts, art, live entertainment and more!
GREEN REVOLUTION FAMILY DAY AT MOSH: REDUCE YOUR CARBON FOOTPRINT: Come explore MOSH's Green Revolution exhibit and learn how to reduce your own personal Carbon Footprint. HALLOWEEKEND PUB CRAWL JACKSONVILLE: This year, the producers of the world's largest pub crawl - PubCrawls.com - are looking to break into history again by throwing the Jacksonville Beach Pub Crawl! MALL-O-WEEN: Bring the kids out the the St. Johns Town Center Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. For free fun and trick or treating! Participating retailers will have orange pumpkins in their windows.
SYMPHONIC SPOOKTACULAR: We've got a frighteningly fun Halloween concert just for you, filled with thrills and chills! Make sure to bring the kids in their favorite costumes to join the ghouls and goblins of the orchestra. We will have ghoulish games in the lobby prior to the concert along with the Instrument Zoo!
