HILLIARD, Fla. -- Carie told us she had a Comcast problem.
She said she was being charged for more cable boxes than what she had in her home. She had extra equipment from the install that she says she was told didn't need to be turned in. And her account phone number wasn't working.
FCN's David Williams called Comcast who tells us the fixed the problem. Spokesperson Bill Ferry said they've credited Carie's account and have provided equipment return options.
