MARIETTA, Ga. -- Just one week after he was killed in a shooting at a Southside gas station, friends and family in Georgia got to say goodbye to Jordan Davis.
Davis lived in the Atlanta area before moving to Jacksonville to live with his father two years ago.

His visitation was held at the West Cobb Funeral Home. Among the attendees, his father Ron Davis.
"People say laws can't be changed. I believe they can be changed," Ron Davis said. "I think Jordan, maybe it will be Jordan's Law. I think it will change it because a lot of people, including the media, have kids. They have children that they want to be safe on the streets. And the only way to make them safe on the streets is not to have handguns on the streets."
