Mark Ruffalo, shown in a scene from 'Marvel's The Avengers,' will be a presenter along with his co-stars at the Oscars.
Those worried that the Oscar ceremony that airs Feb. 24 was turning into one giant glee club after performances by Barbra Streisand, Nora Jones and Adele as well as a tribute to movie musicals were announced can rest easy.
Hollywood's big night just got a whole lot geekier.
The academy has confirmed that the comic-book hero stars of 2012's highest grossing film - Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Samuel L. Jackson, Jeremy Renner and Mark Ruffalo - have been recruited as joint presenters.
No word if Ruffalo will Hulk out onstage in his formal attire, but one can only hope.
