JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The folks in Jacksonville Mayor Alvin Brown's office are looking for feedback from the citizens.
But instead of calling for letters or public input at city council meetings, they're hoping more people will use social media for what they like and don't like about town.
"It's an easy way for people to use their smart phones to send instant feedback," said the mayor's Deputy Chief of Staff Michelle Barth.
By using the hashtags "More of This" or "Less of That" people can post pictures of things around town.
Many popular items in the "More of This" category has been public art and public transportation.
Some "Less of That" include abandoned buildings around town, litter and homeless.
Here's a link to the City of Jacksonville page showing some of the things people have posted so far.
