ROME (AP) - Results for Parliament and regional elections in Italy will be announced today. The vote could determine if Premier Mario Monti gets another term to advance his austerity agenda to save Italy from the eurozone debt crisis.
Back home, there are no economic reports scheduled for today.
On Tuesday, Standard & Poor's releases the S&P/Case-Schiller index of home prices for December and the fourth quarter.
Also, the Commerce Department releases new home sales for January and the Conference Board gives us the Consumer Confidence Index for February.
