TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- A statewide Amber Alert has been canceled for a 14-month-old from Tallahassee and the man police said took the child has been arrested.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued an endangered Amber Alert for Nevaeh Tucker early today.
The Lake City Police Department said it began with a domestic incident around 1:30 a.m. in Tallahassee, after which Herley Davis took the child.
The Amber Alert went out, and around 8:15 this morning, a citizen saw Davis and the child at the Cracker Barrel in Lake City.
The child is reportedly in good condition.
