A devout Christian whose story has inspired millions of football fans across the nation, Tebow appears already to be exploring the horizons beyond sports.
According to an interview with Vogue magazine that will hit newsstands on Sept. 25, Tebow has been going to A-list parties, hiring stylists, and has reportedly signed with WME, a premier Hollywood talent agency.
Vogue says it's all part of Tebow's plan to raise the profile of the Tim Tebow Foundation, a charitable organization that helps children and orphanages.
"You can get looked at in a certain light, or people think, 'this is the type of person, he wouldn't do this,'" Tebow told Vogue. "There are a lot of goals and ambitions that I have in life, things I want to accomplish. Who knows? I mean - it could be politics one day. I want to have a life that can help people," he said.

He also told ESPNNY.com in an interview this week that he wouldn't rule out politics.
Tebow recalled the critics who said he'd never make it in the NFL. "I just love that!" he said. "I try to thrive off that, off of the challenges and obstacles, overcoming them."
Tebow's may be enjoying popularity now, but he's no stranger to controversy. His open devotion to his faith - even on the field - has rubbed some people the wrong way. Nicknamed "God's quarterback," Tebow prays openly on his knees at the end of every game, and his prayer stance has become a move that is now so well-known that it has become a verb: Tebowing.
Critics have also questioned his skill in the game. But Tebow is also known for his stunning come-from-behind victories, and his ability to win people over.
"He has got Bill Clinton charisma, he completely connects with whomever he's speaking to," Taylor Antrim, senior editor of Vogue, told "Good Morning America."
Tebow certainly makes an impression on women, but he's single - and insists he'll remain a virgin until he gets married. When he does marry, he wants a big family.
He acknowledged that any future Mrs. Tim Tebow would have to live up to the high standards set by his mother and sisters.
Sure, looks play a big part, he said. "Being attracted to someone plays a big part, but there's also so much more than that for me," he told the magazine. "It's about finding someone sweet and kind - and that has a servant's heart. It's about finding a girl who likes me for me, and not because of what I do or who I am or the name."
