JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A 75-year-old man was killed in a fatal car crash Wednesday night, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Mary Jane Huffman, 49, was driving east on Martin Luther King Parkway when investigators say she failed to see the other vehicle and made a left turn onto Moncrief Road, directly in the path of 17-year-old Stephanie Willingham's Jeep Wrangler.
Huffman's Chevy S-10 hit the front of Willingham's Jeep, causing both vehicles to spin around.
Huffman had minor injuries, however, Leonard Jones, the passenger of Huffman's truck, was transported to Shands UF Health where he was pronounced dead.
Willingham and her passenger Allison Blackman, 18, had minor injuries.
