JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is looking for a suspect wanted for the armed robbery of a Hess gas station located at 8346 Normandy Boulevard on June 30 at 6:05 a.m.

During the robbery, the suspect stole lottery tickets, police said.

Someone tried to cash those stolen lottery tickets in during the Hess robbery at a BP station at 643 Stockton Street, according to a release from JSO.

Lt. Derrick Harvey with the JSO robbery unit said during a Wednesday news conference announcing a $6,000 reward for the capture of the suspect in the armed robbery of ABC Fine Wine & Spirits on Lane Avenue that this suspect may also be involved in the Hess gas station robbery, but the surveillance video was not a good enough quality to conclusively connect him.

The ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, which is located at 1143 Lane Avenue South, is 2.6 miles from the Hess gas station.

Anyone with any information about the identity or location of the person or vehicle in the photos is asked to contact the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at 904-630-0500 or email at JSOCrimeTips@jaxsheriff.org. To remain anonymous and receive a possible reward, contact First Coast Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS.
