JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is looking for a man they say broke into the Gate Station on Emerson Street.

Police were called to the Southside gas station shortly before 6 a.m. Wednesday, July 18.

The suspect knocked a hole in the back of the Gate Station and entered the office, according to a news release from Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Public Information Officer Melissa Bujeda.

Bujeda said the suspect stole cigarettes and cash before crawling back out the hole and fleeing
