JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Family and friends of Tiphne Hollis marched downtown to draw attention to the teen's murder that happened three years ago on March 20, 2010.

Hollis, 16, was fatally shot while riding in the backseat of a car in a Westside neighborhood. Several of her girlfriends were in the car when gunfire rang out. Police have not made any arrests in connection with the shooting.

"What do we want? Justice," was the chant as several dozen people marched near the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

"We want to see justice. I mean it's three years," said Shanda Whitaker, Tiphne's mother.

Tiphne's younger sister, who was also in the car the night her sister was killed, also took part in the march.

"She fell into my lap," said Tiamber Hollis. "We heard one gunshot in the air then heard a few more."
