JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Victory Media has named UNF a military friendly school for the fourth year in a row.
The list, compiled by Victory Media, honors the top 15 percent of all colleges, universities and trade schools nationwide that are doing the most for military members, veterans and spouses to ensure they succeed on campus, according to a release from UNF.
This year's list includes 1,739 colleges, universities and trade schools.
Sean Collins, director for G.I. Jobs and vice president at Victory Media, said, "Inclusion on the 2013 list of Military Friendly Schools shows the University of North Florida's commitment to providing a supportive environment for military students."
The 2013 list of Military Friendly Schools is the fourth year Victory Media has compiled the list. The list is made by using research and a data-driven survey of more than 12,000 VA-approved schools nationwide.
