JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A federal audit has found more mistakes with financial aid at Florida State College at Jacksonville.
Among the problems: FSCJ used an automated system to change students' courses of study without their consent and that some of those students wrongly received federal financial aid.
Federal aid cannot be used for classes that don't count toward degrees.
The Department of Education ordered the college to review all students who had a class chosen for them by an automated system.
The college just issued a response saying it agrees with part of it of the report, but questions others.
