JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Duval County superintendent Nikolai Vitti and Mayor Alvin Brown were among several officials to feel the wrath of the "Shark Tank" on Saturday.
The "Shark Tank", a carnival style water booth, was part of the P.E.P Rally for Excellence event at Metropolitan Park Saturday.
The event took place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and featured free food, prizes, give-a-ways and exhibitions.
Proceeds from the event benefited the Read It Forward Jax! initiative and the Parent Academy.
The event also featured a VIP teachers lounge complete with free massages.
