JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Andrew Toelle dreams of becoming a fighter pilot in the Air Force. A senior at Bartram Trail High School, he's been a member of the JROTC for the past four years, earning the prestigious titles of "core commander" and "inspector general."

One of Andrew's instructors, Lieutenant Colonel Tony LeFevre, says Andrew's passion unparalleled, and students like him don't come around often, "All you have to do is ask and he's there," LeFevre says. "He participates in every service project that we do."

Andrew says he spends a lot of time volunteering and enjoys it. "We do Adopt-a-Road out here on Long Leaf Pine," he explains. "I'm very involved in my church as well, and we do mission trips up to Kentucky each year," he adds.

Andrew has already been accepted to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, but recently interviewed to attend West Point Academy in New York.
