Jacksonville attorney Kelly Mathis
SANFORD, Fla. -- The jury for the man police are calling the mastermind behind the Allied Veterans video lottery machines scandal, Kelly Mathis, has been seated.
The jury consists of six people, four women and two men. There are also three alternates: two women and one man.
Mathis is charged with more than 200 counts of money laundering, racketeering, and lottery.
The trial against the Jacksonville lawyer
is expected to take four to six weeks.
