FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. -- A man has been indicted by the Flagler County Grand Jury in relation to the death of Zuehily Roman Rosado on February 21, 2013.
Joseph Frank Bova, II, 25, was indicted for first-degree murder, a capital felony, Thursday.
Bova is accused of killing Rosado inside a Mobil gas station in Palm Coast while she was working.
Bova was arrest on September 12 by detectives with the Boca Raton Police Department.
