WINTER PARK, Fla. - A man is in jail after allegedly pulling a gun on a United Parcel Service driver over a parking space in Winter Park Tuesday.
The UPS driver blocked a handicap parking space in the 2600 block of Lee Road around 1 p.m. angering 74-year-old Donald Gerald Feinman, of Orlando, so much that he pulled a gun on the driver, said Sgt. Jamie Joyce, Winter Park Police spokesperson.

A witness told cops that Feinman pointed a Sig Saur 380 at the driver and said, "Talk to this."
Police responded to a 911 call about the situation and took Feinman down at gunpoint, Joyce said.
Cops retrieved the gun from Feinman's car and said that it was loaded in a soft holster that he could have fired through with one round in the chamber and seven additional rounds in the clip.
Police said there were additional handicap parking spots available.
No one was injured and Feinman was arrested on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges.
Feinman bonded out of the Orange County Jail Tuesday evening, police said.
