Florida Congressman Ted Yoho has introduced a bill to repeal the Affordable Care Act - if enrollment goal the Obama Administration set are not met.
He and 19 other house republicans are backing the proposal that would repeal the healthcare law if seven million people are not enrolled in the exchanges by March 31st.
Yoho says that is the number of people the Congressional Budget Office estimates need to sign up by the end of the 2014 open enrollment period.
And if that figure is not met Yoho says the cost of insurance plans will likely increase.
