JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A 4-year-old boy hears his mothers voice for the very first time, while at Nemours Children's Clinic, in Jacksonville.
You hear little Nick Bender saying "can you hear that?"
This is all thanks to a surgically implanted hearing device, that bypasses the bones of Nick's inner ear.
He was born with hearing loss in both ears, and doctors say he was on his way to losing his hearing completely.
That is no longer the case.
