JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A 50-year-old man found guilty of burglary will spend the next 25 years in prison.
Leon Bonner was convicted in September on burglary charges, according to a news release from State Attorney Angela Corey's office.
Bonner broke into a home on Ivy Street in February 2011 with an unknown accomplice.
The release said a neighbor saw Bonner break into the home and then leave with a bag of Christmas decorations and a rug.
Bonner has been convicted on felony charges five times prior to his most recent arrest. Several of his prior convictions are for grand theft and burglary the release said.
