PALM COAST, Fla. -- A man has been arrested on molestation charges after police say he exposed himself to a 15-year-old male and then touched the male inappropriately.
Jason Stockwell, 33, was arrested Saturday on a charge of lewd and lascivious molestation, according to a news release from Debra Johnson, Public Information Officer for the Flagler County Sheriff's Office.
The incident occurred at the Graham Swamp Preservation Area around 2 p.m. Saturday. The 15-year-old male told police that a man wearing a black shirt, jacket and dark sunglasses exposed himself.
The man then grabbed the teen, pulled down his pants and touched him inappropriately, the teen told police.
He was able to escape from the man and then called the police from a parking lot on Old Kings Road.
Stockwell was later positively identified by the teen as the attacker after Sheriff's deputies located him on a preservation trail, Johnson said.
In October, Gary Thompson Jr., 43, and Arthur Bellany, 59, both of Palm Coast, were arrested after they engaged in sexually explicit talk and acts upon themselves in front of undercover deputies at Graham Swamp Preserve.
