BRUNSWICK, Ga.-Habitat for Humanity of Glynn County partially constructed two homes Monday with the help from veterans to young volunteers.
The homes are going to two Brunswick families that are in need of housing.
Young volunteers from the College of Coastal Georgia looked to senior builders for guidance on how build the homes.
"It teaches students about the impact that they can have in their community. What it means to give back, what it means to be actually engaged citizens," said Phillis George with the College of Coastal Georgia.
The students were members of the volleyball team and student government.
There is more work to be done on the two homes which will take two more months to complete.
