ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH, Fla. -- The city of St. Augustine Beach is considering the expansion of its anti-discrimination ordinances involving sexual orientation.

According to the mayor, the city commissioners are working on creating one code that will consolidate various anti-discrimination ordinances.

The St. Augustine Beach City commission already passed a law this year banning discrimination when it comes to housing.

Commissioners now look to include equal opportunity employment rights to those in the LGBT community.

A final vote is expected in April.
