ORANGE PARK, Fla. -- Three Orange Park teens are in jail after allegedly being involved in an armed robbery. One of the suspects had his two-year-old son in the getaway car.
The two-year-old is now home with his grandmother.
Keila Smith, 18, Marquise Roberts, 18 , and Calvin Bolden are charged with armed robbery in connection with a shooting Sunday evening at the Blanding Place Apartments.
Two people were shot in what the Clay County Sheriff's Office says was a robbery involving marijuana. The two victims were treated and released from a local hospital.
According to investigators, Smith was the driver of a car that dropped Roberts and Bolden off in the parking lot of the apartment. Her young son was in the car.
Deputies arrested all three a short time later and found the little boy in the back seat.
The two-year-old is now with his grandmother. The Department of Children and Families is also involved in an investigation since a child was involved.
