JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating a domestic shooting in which no one was injured.
The incident took place in the 6200 block of Claret Drive
A man and a woman were arguing about financial issues and needs for their children, according to JSO Sgt. Bobby Lyle, supervisor of the aggravated battery unit.
The argument escalated into the man firing shots at the woman and into the car, and then the man left the scene.
No one was injured and the children are not in danger. Per standard procedure, the Florida Department of Children and Families was notified, Lyle said.
Police are gathering evidence and interviewing neighbors.
