JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A Jacksonville man has been indicted on federal charges for allegedly producing child pornography Friday.
During an interview with police, James D. Kasper, 29, reportedly admitted to using a smart phone to photography the genitalia of minors while he was babysitting them. Investigators claim that Kasper sent the images using an email account and Internet Protocol address associated with his residence.
The FBI and other law enforcement agencies discovered the alleged emails Kasper was sending to another individual back in February. He was arrested when law enforcement agencies conducted a search of his residence on March 20.
If convicted, Kasper faces a minimum 15 years, and up to 30 years in federal prison.
