4 Flagler teens facing felony burglary charges

PALM COAST, Fla. -- Four teens have been charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor criminal mischief after they were found in a vacant home Thursday night.

D'Marcus Boyd, 18, two other male teens and a female teen, were arrested after deputies found them inside of a home on Pine Ash Lane, according to a release from the Flagler County Sheriff's Office.

A property manager checking on repair work at the home called authorities after hearing sounds coming from the second floor.

Boyd and the other teens were found in the hallway upstairs and deputies recovered over the counter cold medicine and marijuana from the bathroom.

The property manager told deputies that $200 worth of damage was done to kitchen cabinets as well, the release detailed.

The teens were ages 17, 16 and 15. Boyd was also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a child.

Boyd was released from the Flagler County Detention Facility after posting $2,500 bond and the teens were released to their parents.
