9 indicted in undercover operation

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- An undercover law enforcement operation dubbed "Delta Deuce" resulted in the indictments of nine individuals involved in the illegal sale of firearms and narcotics in Jacksonville on Tuesday. 

Three individuals were previously taken into custody and two are two still being sought by law enforcement, according to the Florida Department of Justice. 

The indicted individuals are accused sold firearms and drugs to undercover officers from December 2012 to March 2013. 

Callahan resident Nicklas McLain, 23, was indicted on 11 felony charges involving the sale of marijuana, cocaine and firearms. McLain sold three firearms to undercover agents, according the the FDOJ.

Edward Dooley, 20, was indicted on 10 felony charges involving the sale of marijuana and firearms. 

Dooley sold eight firearms to undercover agents, according to the FDOJ.

McLain and Dooley were arrested on April 3. 

Jamar Powell, 27, was indicted on four felony charges involving the sale of crack cocaine and firearms. 

Powell sold four firearms to undercover agents, according to the FDOJ.

Omar Stovall, 22, was indicted on four felony charges involving the sale of marijuana and a firearm. 

McLain, Dooley, Powell and Stovall, face a sentence of up to 50 years in federal prison. 

Leggetts Jenkins, 28, was indicted on three felony charges involving the sale of cocaine and a stolen firearm. 

Yessenia Terrell, 20, was indicted for selling crack cocaine to ATF agents, according to FDOJ.

Jenkins, Terrell, Stovall, Powell and Dooley are from Jacksonville. 

Middleburg resident David Gonzalez, 32, was indicted for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Gonzalez sold a 9mm pistol to ATF agents, according to FDOJ.
