ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. -- A four car crash on I-95 southbound near mile marker 326 left one critically injured, according to a Florida Highway police report.
A chain reaction began when a Ford Expedition driven by Tyrone Walker, 51, slowed behind traffic. Michael Kennedy, 42, then struck the left rear of the Expedition with his Harley Davidson motorcycle, the report detailed.
James Gilliam Jr., 34, attempted to stop his Harley Davidson and overturned in the roadway.
Zachary Gilliam, 24, sustained minor injuries attempting to avoid the crash on his Harley Davidson when he went airborne into the rear window of the expedition, according to the report.
Kennedy, Gilliam Jr., and Gilliam, were transported to Baptist Medical Center South. Kennedy is listed in critical condition, Gilliam Jr. sustained minor injuries and Walker, 51, was not injured in the crash.
