BRUNSWICK, Ga. -- A St. Marys man was convicted of two counts of child molestation and reckless conduct Thursday.
Freddie Lewis, Jr., 52, was sentenced to prison due to charges from a July 2011 sexual assault of a 13-year-old child, according to a Camden County Sheriff's Office press release.
Tuesday Superior Court Judge Stephen D. Kelley accepted Lewis' plea of guilty and sentenced Lewis to serve 15 years in prison, followed by fifteen 15 years on probation.
Lewis will also be required to register as a sex offender.
