NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. -- A bomb squad was called in to investigate a suspicious duffle bag found in a parking lot of the at the Nassau County Courthouse.
The duffle bag was discovered around 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, according to Nassau County Sheriff Bill Leeper. The bag was found to contain clothes.
The courthouse remained open as a bomb squad with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office was called in to investigate.
A perimeter was set up and people were allowed into the courthouse through a side entrance.
