Metro PCS suspect, James Rhodes, indicted by Grand Jury

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- James Xavier Rhodes has been indicted for the charges in relation to the death of Shelby Farah.

According to a State Attorney's press release, The Duval County Grand Jury indicted Rhodes, 21, Thursday for murder in the first degree, armed robbery, and aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Farah, 20, was shot execution style at her Metro PCS job located on Main and 21st Streets.

The release detailed, that Rhodes is accused of walking into the store and demanding money. After Farah complied, she was shot three times.

Rhodes is currently at the Duval County Jail.
