CAMDEN COUNTY, Ga. -- Phillip "Stan" Smith was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
The charge stemmed from a discovery of a house located on Fourth Street in St. Marys, Georgia which was being used for the growing and cultivation of marijuana in 2010.
After serving his prison term, Smith will serve an additional five years on probation.
Smith was also ordered to pay a $75,000.00 fine.
