ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- A dump truck driver suffered minor injuries late Tuesday morning after one of his tires blew out on Interstate 95 south.
The Ford truck was traveling in the right lane on I-95 south near mile marker 306 in the right lane, according to a Florida Highway Patrol report.
The left front tire of the truck blew, causing the truck to cross all lanes, strike the median guardrail and overturn on its side.
The truck's driver was taken to Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine with minor injuries.
A Honda was struck by debris from the truck's crash, and the driver and passenger of that vehicle suffered no injuries.
