JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man was convicted this week on several charges for allegedly attacking a woman.
Anthony Brian McCullough, 49, faces up to life in prison after being convicted on charges of Grand Theft Auto, False Imprisonment and Sexual Battery with a Deadly Weapon, according to a release from the State Attorney's Office.
McCullough allegedly came to the home of a woman he knew in May 2012. The woman asked McCullough to leave, and he then attacked her, according to the release.
The woman was able to get away from McCullough and seek safety at a neighbor's house.
McCullough's sentencing date has not yet been set.
