ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- Businesses around St. Augustine were hoping to see a sales spike from this weekend's concerts. Whether or not it happened depends on who you ask.

"Absolutely, fantastic business," said Gregory Carpenter.  He's a manger of a restaurant on tourist-centric St. George street.

"It almost felt like if they picked up Francis field and then dumped it on St.George street," he said.

Not everyone saw a spike. A sales associate at a clothing store said even though they prepared for a big weekend, it was disappointing.

"We had planned in case we've got extra people working - so we planned on a big crowd - but didn't happen," she said.

Some even closed up shop because business was so bad. They blamed availability of parking downtown. Even though there were spots available, many business owners said things were like a "ghost town".
