BRUNSWICK, Ga. -- On the first full day of testimony in the Guy Heinze Jr. trial, jurors heard a 911 call made the morning the bodies were found.
People on the call included a neighbor in the trailer park, a maintenance man, and Guy Heinze Jr.
"This is Guy, I don't know what his last name is," said the neighbor. "He says his dad is dead, his wife is dead, everybody's dead, all of them. It's a house full of people that live there," she said.
Heinze Jr. eventually got on the call.
"It looks like a [expletive] murder scene," he shouted.
"My whole family's dead. My dad's dead," he continued.
Also on Wednesday, Dr. Edmund Donaghue, a medical examiner with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation took the stand. He performed the autopsies on the victims.
While on the stand, he described the injuries, at times showing gruesome pictures of the victims.
Some of the pictures were so graphic, some of the victims family members had to leave the courtroom.
The trial continues at 8:15 Thursday morning.
