JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Two teens face felony charges following the shooting death of a teen mother.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to reports of two people who shot in the 5800 block of Edenfield Road October 17, according to a police report from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Kamilah La'Star Urita, 18, was found shot to death in the front passenger seat of her car. Liston Georges III was found with life-threatening injuries in the driver's seat and transported to UF Health Jacksonville. The couple's 10-month-old son was in the back seat of the car at the time of the shooting and was not harmed.
The alleged shooter was identified in an investigation as 19-year-old Sayton Adair Waller.
Waller was allegedly driven to the scene by 19-year-old Herode Jospeh, who blocked the couple with his car from leaving the Charter Landing Apartments, according to JSO Assistant Chief of Investigations Chris Butler.
The shooting was the result of an ongoing fued that began in high school between Georges and Waller, Butler detailed.
Waller is charged with murder, attempted murder and alteration or removal of firearm serial number and is not eligible for bond.
Joseph is charged with principal in the first degree to a capital felony for driving Waller to and from the scene. Joseph is also being held without bond.
