ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- On Monday, we showed you the huge pink rally at Pedro Menendez High School in St. Augustine. But you haven't met all the guests of honor.
A special guest named is Makinley Rain because it was raining when she was born. But now, Makinley is facing the biggest storm of her life as she faces leukemia. PMHS decided it's a good time to focus on everyone fighting any type of cancer.
Also during the rally, the high school students were cheering on another 12-year-old named Charlotte. Her dad is on the school board and she is dealing with a tough medical struggle but she is staying positive and going to school when she can.
If you want to show your support for Charlotte or Makinley, just contact PMHS in St. Augustine.
