Sexual predator arrested for failure to register

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. --  St. Johns County Sheriff's Office arrested a man for failing to register as a sexual predator.

On Tuesday, police responded to a disturbance at American Inn motel located on S.R. 16. The deputies were able to confirm that Kirby Donnell Miller Jr., 28, was the victim of the disturbance and he had declined to press charges.

Afterwards, the deputies conducted a computer check and found that Miller was a Sexual Predator with an address in Duval County.

Miller was arrested and charged with failure to register as a sexual predator and for failing to change/renew the information on his ID card within 48 hours.

Miller had been living at the motel since the middle of September and he did not register his new address.

Police also found that Miller was employed at Hilton Bay Front hotel in St. Augustine as a housekeeper.
