JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded a bank robbery on the Westside Monday morning.
The incident occurred at the 121 Financial Credit Union in the 8100 block of Normandy Boulevard, according to JSO.
A male suspect went into the bank at 10:28 a.m., approached a clerk and gave her a note demanding money, JSO detailed.
The clerk gave the suspect an undermined amount of money and he fled the scene.
Police are searching the area for the suspect last seen wearing a blue ball cap, surfer shades, black sweatshirt, and blue baggy jeans. The suspect is described as being between 5-feet-5 inches and 5-feet-7 inches, weighing about 120 to 130 pounds.
