ST. JOHNS, Fla. -- A former St. Johns County Sheriff's deputy has been sentenced on video voyeurism charges.
A judged ordered Jerry Lewis Hackney to serve weekends in jail for a total of 300 days as well as five years of probation.
Hackney was arrested after he was caught hiding a cell phone inside a closet of a tanning room at the world gym on U.S. 1.
He has also been ordered to undergo a mental evaluation and have no contact with any victims.
