JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- It has been 11 years since a Shands pharmacy worker was last seen alive, yet there have been no arrests.

Tina McQuaig, 27 at the time, disappeared after work on March 1, 2000.

Her body was found the day after Christmas 2002, in a wooded area on the Westside.  Her death was ruled a homicide; the medical examiner said the circumstances were violent.

Today, the Justice Coalition announced it has increased the reward in hopes of getting new information in the case. Sheriff John Rutherford joined McQuaig's family today to announce the new reward amount of $5,000.

Anyone with information can anonymously call our partner First Coast Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS (8477).
