MACCLENNY, Fla. -- A body has been found inside a burning car in Baker county.
According to Sheriff Joey Dobson, early Saturday morning a fire started in a truck waiting to be repaired at Robbie's Auto Parts.
Dobson says workers across the street heard a loud noise then saw the burning vehicle.
Fire and rescue responded to the scene, after putting out the fire, the Sheriff says a body was located inside the burned truck.
"It is still an active scene, no ID on the victim just yet. The body will now be transported to Gainesville for possible identification", Sheriff Dobson told First Coast News.
FDLE is now helping with the investigation.
