JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Here is a list of events going on this weekend.


JACKSONVILLE FALL HOME AND PATIO SHOW: The only place to find fresh ideas and smart advice for remodeling, home improvement, decorating & more! The Home and Patio show is taking over the Prime Osborne Convention Center Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tickets are $10.

BIKE MS: PGA TOUR CYCLE TO THE SHORE: On Saturday of the tour, breakfast and registration will begin promptly at 6 a.m. Saturday. Cyclists will start at 7 a.m. and then will follow a 82-mile route that takes them from St. Augustine to the Hilton Oceanfront Resort, Daytona Beach. Cyclists stay the night in Daytona, returning to St. Augustine from the Hilton the following day.

JACKSONVILLE FARMERS MARKET: Open every day of the year, dawn to dusk, save up to 70% or more on NE Florida's largest & fresh selection of local, ethnic, and specialty produce, agricultural and other food products. It's free to attend. The farmer's market runs this Saturday from 7 a.m. Through 7 p.m.

STRUT YOUR MUTT: Ready, Set, Strut! Join fellow dog lovers as we strut our mutts to raise money and save the lives of shelter pets! Saturday, September 29th at Riverside Park. Strut Your Mutt is a dog walk and festival featuring a leisurely walk with your dog, followed by a fun-filled doggie themed festival featuring massages and ""paw-dicures"" for your pets, dog yoga, contests, giveaways and more! Register and begin fundraising at Price: $30 registration fee is donated to homeless pets. It's Saturday at the Riverside Park from 8 a.m. to noon.

CAREFEST: Churches from all over St. Augustine are joining forces Saturday to send volunteers to help people who need work done on their home. There are more than 100 projects to work on this year and a lot of volunteers are needed! If you'd like to participate, check out

ALR PEDSCARE POKER RUN: The 5th Annual American Legion Riders Chapter 283 PedsCare Poker Run takes place all day Saturday, beginning with registration at the American Legion Post 283 off Fort Caroline Road. It's $20/rider-$10/passenger- active duty $15. The poker run benefits PedsCare- a pediatric hospice program for children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.

GARAGE SALE BENEFITTING DREAMS COME TRUE: On Saturday from 8 a.m. To 1 p.m., head to the garage sale at Ivy League Academy off San Pablo Road, filled with clothing, toys, school supplies, strollers and more! There will also be a lemonade and cookie stand ran by students. It's free to attend. All proceeds benefit the Dreams Come True Foundation.

RACE FOR FETAL HOPE 5K PRESENTED BY NEMOURS: The Race for Fetal Hope has something for everyone. One of Atlantic Beach's best events for all, especially families. Join us for the 4th Annual event with great 5K course featuring elites battling for prize money, great kids fun run, huge expo and kids festival with great activities and games. Price: $25 to 30. It's Saturday at 8:30 a.m. At the Atlantic Beach Experimental Theatre.

SURFERS FOR AUTISM: At a Surfers For Autism event, surfers are provided a safe, fun, judgement free environment where highly skilled surf instructors carefully guide them into waves. Surfers and their families are treated like rock stars and enjoy a day filled with a range of activities including stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, live music, face-painting, games, fire engine tours and much more. A catered lunch is also provided, all at no cost to registered participants, their families and volunteers. This is a very special day where children with developmental delays interact with typical peers and wow families with their capabilities. The event is Saturday from 9 a.m. Through 4 p.m. In Jacksonville Beach at Beach Blvd. And 3rd Street. Cost: Donations accepted.

FLFASD CRAFT FAIRE & BAZAAR: It's a family-oriented fun filled day at the FLFASD Craft Faire & Bazaar featuring arts and crafts, food, fun for the kids, and prizes galore! The fun starts at 9 a.m. and runs until 3 p.m. on Saturday at the Child Guidance Center located at 4595 Lexington Avenue on Jacksonville's westside. Proceeds to benefit the Florida FAASD Resource Center. It's free to attend.

PICKIN' IN THE PINES BLUEGRASS FEST: This Pickin' In The Pines Bluegrass for Babies Event is a fundraiser for the March of Dimes.' Expect top performers from all over, free music workshops and crafts as well as some great food! It's Saturday starting around 10 a.m. at Forest Capital Museum State Park.

MUSEUM DAY: In the spirit of Smithsonian Museums, who offer free admission every day, Museum Day Live! is an annual event hosted by Smithsonian magazine in which participating museums across the country open their doors to anyone presenting a Museum Day Ticket for free. RIVERSIDE ARTS MARKET: The Riverside Arts Market is every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. off Riverside Avenue underneath the Fuller Warren Bridge. It features crafts, art, live entertainment and more.

SESAME STREET LIVE: ELMO MAKES MUSIC: Catch Sesame Street LIVE Saturday at 10:30 a.m. At the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts.

PRIDE DAYS 2012 PARADE AND FESTIVAL: Preceding the Festival is the Annual Pride Parade which steps off at noon Saturday at 7th Street and West University Avenue and proceeds down University Avenue to the downtown Bo Diddley Community Plaza. The Festival will have dozens of local musical acts and vendors lining the plaza from 1 to 9pm. A "Kids Space" will also be available. The event is free and open to the public.

RYDER CUP WEEKEND AT THE WORLD GOLF HALL OF FAME & IMAX THEATER: The World Golf Hall of Fame will celebrate the 2012 Ryder Cup with activities including a special scavenger hunt through the Hall of Fame with a chance to win a special prize pack of tournament merchandise and a pin flag signed by U.S. Ryder Cup Team Captain Davis Love III courtesy of the PGA of America, a special photo opportunity with the Hall's Ryder Cup Trophy and a free viewing party hosted by 1010 XL/92.3 FM in the World Golf Hall of Fame IMAX Theater from 2-7 p.m. on Saturday.

THE COLOR PURPLE: Stage Aurora Theatrical Company will present the Tony Award winning hit Broadway musical THE COLOR PURPLE September 28 -October 14, 2012 at the Stage Aurora Performance Hall located at 5188 Norwood Avenue inside Gateway Town Center. WEIGHT OF THE NATION DOCUMENTARY SCREENING: September is National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month. The Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida, Healthy Jacksonville Childhood Obesity Prevention Coalition, and the YMCA of Florida's First Coast will be hosting a community screening of "Weight of the Nation: Children in Crisis." It's FREE and open to the public Sunday at 12 p.m. At Sun Ray Cinema off Park Street.

THE ANGELS FOR ALLISON FESTIVAL OF FLIGHT PRESENTED BY FIS: The Allison Brundick Haramis Foundation, Angels for Allison, and presenting sponsor Fidelity Information Services, invite all to join us for the 2nd annual Festival of Flight. This free of admission music and art festival will host a lineup of musical talent, as well as, a headliner band. This family-friendly festival also includes artwork by local artists, an array of fun activities, a variety of vendors, and of course plenty of good food! The 2012 Festival of Flight will take place on Sunday, September 30th, 2012 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, held in lovely waterfront Memorial Park, in the historic Riverside neighborhood of Jacksonville, the Festival of Flight is free of admission and welcomes all ages.

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS VS. CINCINNATI BENGALS: The Jags take on the Bengals Sunday at 4:05 p.m. at EverBank Field.

JAGUARS POST-GAME CELEBRATION: Head to the Jacksonville Landing after the game for a celebration with drink specials and live entertainment.
