JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Jacksonville Powerball player won $1 million in Wednesday night's drawing after matching 5-out-of-5 numbers.
The new millionaire has not yet stepped forward to claim their prize.
They missed out on their share of the $578 million jackpot by just one number, failing to match the Powerball.
The million dollar ticket was bought at the Publix located at the intersection of Beach and Kernan Boulevards.
The ticket was a quick pick according to the Florida Lottery's press office.
