ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- The St. Augustine Police Department is still waiting to speak with Maurice Jones-Drew about an alleged altercation at the Conch House on Sunday.
The SAPD said the Jacksonville Jaguars running back had not met with detectives as of close of business Friday.

Kasim Howard, 31, a security officer at The Conch House Resort and Marina claims Jones-Drew punched him in the face last Sunday night and that Jones Drew left before police arrived.

Earlier this week, police said the football player agreed to be questioned by police. Now police say that hasn't happened yet.

Jones-Drew has not been charged with any crimes in this case.
